Exchanging or returning merchandise purchased online
If you're not completely satisfied with your deerup.com purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned to us within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns will not be accepted after 45 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in it's original packaging and include any wrappers or tags. For expedited service please include a copy of your original receipt.

Damaged merchandise
deerup.com carefully inspects each product before shipping. Upon arrival you will be responsible for inspection of the package prior to signing. Do not sign for any damaged items or packages.

Gift Returns
If you received a product from deerup.com as a gift, we will offer exchanges or online credit for the value of the gift.
