Returns & Exchanges

Exchanging or returning merchandise purchased online
If you're not completely satisfied with your DeerUp.com purchase, send it back to us. We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original product price paid (excludes shipping) when the item is returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping will be at the expense of the returner.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in it's original packaging and include any wrappers or tags. For expedited service please include a copy of your original receipt.

Damaged merchandise
DeerUp.com carefully inspects each product before shipping. Upon arrival you will be responsible for inspection of the package prior to signing. Do not sign for any damaged items or packages.
